When a tenant moves out, we do a thorough inspection with attention to detail, then get one of our men on the job right away. Fast turn over is important for getting a new tenant moved in and paying rent quickly. Keeping properties maintained during tenancy is equally as important because to keep your tenants happy to reduce vacancies.

Our business hours are 24/7. Tenants who call at off times who have emergencies will be patched through to a live person in order to have the emergency assessed and addressed immediately. Our owners, like yourself, are given a direct line to contact our Broker anytime. We believe in dealing with issues head-on and as quickly as possible.
